Seriously. I posted a couple posts up for 4th grade with some of these schools.

PP, you'll get in to one of them. When that happens, please do those of us on the list further down a favor and [b]remove yourself from any waitlists you are still [/b]on (e.g., if you accept an offer at Key, remove yourself from the lists of Eaton, Murch, Stoddert, Mann, and Lafayette)![/quote]

I'm the #1 waitlist PP. Absolutely!

Of course, but, for example, if YOU get off the waitlist at even one of those schools, someone else's kid will get bumped up to the #1 slot at that school and the other #1s you turn down.

My kid is #16-20ish, so I'm not expecting any of this to benefit me, but there's some other rising 4th grade family with #4ish waitlist position at a bunch of these schools, so that person might get real lucky.

Either way, congratulations. You will get in somewhere and it will probably be wonderful.[/quote]
