Since the conservatives seem to be changing the subject away from the book on billionaire money, here is an excerpt:

This is a deliberate choice. Billionaires have plenty of media access, but most of them choose not to say anything at all about the policy issues of the day. PP, that's why you don't think rightwing billionaires are a problem: because they are deliberately secretive about their big-money spending.
