Evidence based medicine is terrific, always. Saying "the US has high maternal mortality rates so screw evidence based medicine!" is just uneducated, since what you should be saying is "the uS has high maternal mortality rates so WE SHOULD START PRACTICING ACTUAL EVIDENCE BASED MEDICINE" [/quote]
