No, I just checked. Georgetown is now $72 and UVA is $32 in-state; however, UVA was only $23K when DC started there three years ago so if you do go to UVA be sure to lock in the rate (you are allowed to do so on the paperwork - I don't remember if there is a fee or not, but be sure to check the box).  All the publics universities in VA are jumping in price.  William & Mary is now a whopping $37K.  I believe the Commonwealth of Virginia passed a law that allowed parents to lock in at a stated rate year 1 and that tuition sticks with you all four years but could be wrong.  We also didn't pay for the $3K a year health plan because DC is on our horrendous ACA plan.  This year our entire tuition bill for her is $8K, $7500 of which is a direct unsubsidized loan (we are a donut hole family) because DC moved off campus and is doing her own cooking.  No car.  No sorority. No other fancy stuff.  It is doable but you have to pay attention, which we do because we have three going thru the Virginia universities at the same time.[/quote]
