Some members of the Board inappropriately colluded with some on the Administration and DCE to unseat a highly respected and successful coach, picking $ over integrity, leadership and success. It backfired when Bullis was bombarded with calls and letters from parents, alum and big donors and a petition showing a groundswell of support for JB. The Head of the school told the Post that he had not fired JB, that JB was the coach and the Head had no intention of firing JB in the future. Unfortunately it looks like some members of the Board are still in bed with DCE and holding things up. Since when should the Board be involved at all? It was inappropriate in the first go around and it's still inappropriate. Bullis needs to listen to the parents, alum, donors and petition signers who have spoken up very clearly and get its act together.[/quote]
