They undermined the Headmaster and some of the administration and Staff by overturning alleged vote to dismiss the coach. That is normally not a Board’s role, at least in business, assuming Headmaster has the right to build his or her staff as they see fit. Now, everyone has gone silent as they work to get out of the mess the Board made. [/quote]
