At age 24, I had a 20 year old in my organization report a sexual assault not unlike the Ohio State case to me. I didn’t dismiss it as locker room talk. Instead, I went to my boss and we took action to have the offender removed from contact with the accuser immediately. The same day. Then we followed up with administrative and legal action. Jordan chose a different course of action. He’s not fit to lead and should resign.[/quote]
