Tax the rich? Not sure what the Jealous definition of rich is, but I bet anyone with a HHI of $200K and up will be screwed. Around here thats a lot of people. How else are we going to pay for free pre-k and college?[/quote]

$200k+ is rich and Ia glad Jealous will tax them more heavily.  It is needed to provide benefits and programs to those left behind by the current system. This will particularly help POC who face systemic discrimination, but poor whites will benefit too.[/quote]

200K around here is not rich and you can be sure that a large number of those families who will be taxed will move the eff out of the state leaving the poor people behind. Good riddance.[/quote]

Of course that is rich, even around here.  You live a very privileged existence if you think it isn't.  We shouldn't let the haves (who are almost exclusively white) prevent proper redistributive justice from being implemented with their blackmail threats about leaving.
