Imagine if the whole country was boulder, colorado or cambridge, massachusetts but WITH a racial mixture of: 16% black, 16% latinx, 16% jewish, 16% east asian, 16 % south asian,  16% 'white', the rest 'other'

That is a very very scary set of numbers you are proposing.

First:

There are only 16-20 million Jews in the world.  The current US population is around 300 million.  You would have to round up every Jew world wide and get them to have 2.5 kids to get the US to be 16% jewish! Otherwise, you would have to kill off or send back to Europe nearly all the white people in the country to get that sort of number.

Second: to get a 16% white population with current numbers, you would have to either kill off 150million whites, or repatriate them back to europe.  Alternatively you need to import more than a billion people into the United States.

"Heritage Americans" make up the overwhelming majority of people residing in the United states (Largest ethnic group are British, followed by German, followed by Irish).
