Woodrow Wilson in DC has similar numbers for certain schools over the same time period. Wilson sent 8 students to Yale over the last three years - I don't see folks racing to send their kids there. When you see these lists, you have no idea how many of these students at GDS have hooks. I'm willing to bet good money a solid portion of the admits to Harvard are URM students. Many of the private schools have solid numbers of talented URM students because they've all bailed on public schools - not to mention many of them can pay. Maybe it's better to take these kinds of lists with a grain of salt?[/quote]
