These options need changes. [/quote] N. Arlington parent here. I've been looking at these updated charts. I agree that having one or more S. Arlington MS at 45% or more FARMS is insane. But I'm also looking at the overcrowding situation. For example, Option D seems absurd. Only 89% or 86% capacity at Williamsburg for 2 years upon opening Stratford and a FARMS rate of 2%? While the other 5 are over 100 by 2nd year with 2 MSs at 111 and 112%? If you take option F, couldn't Swanson, the Williamsburg Island and the Stratford MS take some more PUs next to them from Kenmore and Jefferson to distribute the FARMs rate a bit more?[/quote]
