You can specify all the requirements in the spec sheet if you'd like.

And also, to the previous poster, it doesn't cost $200K to do the site prep in general.  Please ask for a few quotes.  There are a few companies which specialize in demolition and site work.  Please don't take the numbers quoted here as given.  Back in 2014, the quote we received was around $30K.[/quote]
