Parents house was a dream AND they felt it was hugely expensive when purchased. Now onto a listing-on the market for 1 month+. 2 bed 2 bath condo in reston for 215k. 1410 Northgate SQ. Not a cool and funky location but 2 beds and 2 toilets. [/quote]
