Pizza in some of those emails refers to...pizza. And a pizza theme fundraiser hosted by the Podesta brothers who are...Italian-American.  And they invited a well-know DC pizza chef to be there from his restaurant: Comet.

Was there some code for some of them?  Yes, but I think they meant people they wanted to meet with.  Just like the Secret Service gives codenames to the POTUS etc. 
The one that crossed my mind was that [b]Pizza might refer to Nancy Pelosi![/b]

As someone who has been on the end of spearfishing attacks, I can totally see how someone could be fooled.  I never click on links in emails.  I always hover over them. And if the link is obscured, I go to the website.
