Lots of other easy to plan nearby adventures including sleigh rides, dog pulling, horses, snowmobiles, tubing, etc. I promise you--your family will have the time of their lives.[/quote]

Is Montreal really that much closer??  I'd guess it's maybe an hour less flight time.  Maybe 1.5 hours.  Most people go skiing for a week or a little less.  The 1.5 hours on a plane isn't necessarily going to drive their decision. [/quote]
