I would expect a bit more courtesy. I wouldn't appreciate someone just telling me at the last moment without any consideration of my time/plans. It's just rude. Having said that, there's really not much to do unless you plan on starting WW3 with MIL and SIL. It sucks, but you should probably be a bigger person and accommodate.[/quote]
