The man I went on to marry had already been divorced 2 times (I knew that was a red flag when I met him, but when the heart starts doing weird things, you just go with it). We were still the "perfect couple" for a short time. We are going to get divorced because there are a lot of things people do while dating, before they really merge their lives, that change.
