How about we focus on the best PERSON for the job, and not base it on something such as race or gender?[/quote]

Studies have shown that having men and women on a team, and diversity in general, is good for business. The 2008 housing market crisis that caused the recession probably would have been avoided if there were more woman on boards of those banks - men tend to take more risks just for shits vs. on good data.

So I do think more women in Cabinets would make the government run better. [/quote]
