Of course it is not o.k. to empty out the entire bowl. There are people who, for whatever reason, (mobility/hearing issues, in the middle of cooking, feeding a baby, etc) can not get to the door every time it is knocked on so they leave a bowl of candy out for the trick or treaters - not for THE trick or treater.[/quote]
