Is the ancient thinking that you are referring to the dangers of being on HRT long term or that the menopause symptoms return upon stopping? My gynecologist was the one who told me that the symptoms return upon stopping HRT. Another doctor of mine - my hemotologist - told me that as you get older your risk of blood clots goes up and even more so while being on HRT. Perhaps this is all outdated information. I will do some further research on this.[/quote]
