Seeing a black person before the state started integrating them into Hyannis using section 8 was rare. Not good or bad, it's just the way it is. There are neighborhoods now in Hyannis and West Dennis you just don't go to. If AAs were going to the Vineyard, they were very, VERY wealthy, i.e. part of the elite class, not part of the masses that Obama claims to care so much about.[/quote]
