Nose jobs never are an improvement. Use makeup to contour your nose. You can use a dark color to make it look less bulbous and give more definition where you want it. You can google nose contouring with makeup.
This is completely wrong. I had one and it did wonders for my looks AND my self-esteem. You have to do your homework and choose your surgeon very carefully. Look at a lot of the doctor's before and after pics; talk to references if you can. Be very clear with the doctor about what you want and what you don't want.
How can you say my opinion is completely wrong? It's MY opinion. I'm sure yours looks great just like Michael Jackson's did. Just wait til you start looking at it in the mirror and thinking you need some more tweaking. I'm trying to save someone from screwing up their face. How sad people can't accept their bodies as they are. Go to a therapist if you have body dysmorphic disorder but don't go telling other people it's completely wrong to leave your nose alone. That's messed up.
Not the person who posted that but I had the same reaction that she did to your statement that "Nose jobs are NEVER an improvement." That is, in fact, completely wrong. I stated my opinion that ~to me~, nose jobs never look like an improvement. What do you want me to say? "Wow your noses must have been really horrible before. Your nose job must look so much better?" I'm trying to be helpful to people out there who don't need surgery just so they can conform to an unattainable ideal of the perfect nose. You can be insecure with a beautifully sculpted nose or you can be sane and love your honker. You choose. I knew of two brothers. One had a humongous nose and one had had a nose job. The brother with the big nose was better looking. Noses give character. That's my opinion. End of story.
The nose jobs THAT YOU KNOW ABOUT may not be an improvement, because they are noticeable. A really good one looks natural, so you'd never know you were looking at it. THAT is the end of the story.
