Private schools are "public accommodations" under the ADA and may have additional liabilities if they receive any federal funds. While you are correct that they do not have to provide the same level of support as under IDEA (i.e., special educaiton and related services like OT) they do have to refrain from disability discrimination and provide reasonable accommodations.
