So perhaps you pay for it for 1 year, BUT any time a parent calls,  you need to ask how they heard of you,  and keep track. I have a prospect sheet I keep that info on. So name, address, email address of parent,  phonwle #, DOBBS and name of child,  when they want to start,  how they heard of you,  and I schedule a tour then,  or if they aren't ready for a tour,  I call or email them in a month to schedule a tour.

Then I can see of how many calls I spoke with,  X came for tours, X applied, of those who applied, how many got in, how many accepted, etc. I need to make sure that I am doing a good job converting my calls to tours, my tours to applications, then see of those offered, how many accept vs decline the space.

Regarding advertising, then each year I look at what answers are: google, care lulu, word of mouth from current parent,  local yahoo group, signs at X place, saw sign walking by, etc. Then after 1 year you'll see what works and makes financial sense. [/quote]
