We both are doing anecdotes, mine is backed by poll in VA. But PA is still over 5% Dem leaning in the polls. Trump's problem is Philly suburbs are very diverse and has minority voters and educated voters and that population has increased. But the rural, small town PA population is declining with many older white voters dying and many others leaving the state for jobs in the south. So he not only has he to find 290,000 additional voters(the approx margin by which Obama beat Romney) but he should find those voters while he is bleeding the kind of voters that will vote for him WHILE the voters that dont vote for him are increasing. That is a huge odd and PA will turn out to be fools gold yet again for GOP. Maybe Kasich could have swung it. Maybe Rubio could have done it. Not Trump.
I disagree with you that Kasich or Rubio would have a better chance (against Hillary Clinton). I think Trump is getting the support he's getting because he's NOT like Kasich, Rubio, Romney or any other republican candidate. I think that's why democrats are getting so angry at people on this board for saying they'll vote for Trump, I think they are worried that Trump might actually beat her. Hillary Clinton is very unpopular. And yes, I know that someone will argue that Trump is too, but it's different.
