Why is it acceptable to blame poor whites for their situation ("self-inflicted with drugs, anti-education, poor work ethic) but if anyone even hints that poor blacks have at least  some responsibility for their situation (via out-of-wedlock births, for example), he or she is accused of racism? [/quote]
