[/quote] I used Gellar Environmental services in Fairfax station owned by Jack Gellar. They did an excellent job. They tested for lead paint and asbestos and mold. It was $595. They have a very fancy new lead paint tester that kind of x-rays through the walls. His number is (703) 978-4683 and email is gellarenvlabs@aol.com.
