Check the ingredients carefully. I haven't checked yoplait, but the Oikos triple zero has Stevia, which they apparently don't classify as an artificial sweetener. In my opinion, this is deceptive -- many people consider Stevia to be an artificial sweetener. I personally would mix my own yogurt, rather than give my kids stevia.

According to this May Clinic page:

"The FDA hasn't approved whole-leaf stevia or crude stevia extracts for use as food additives because of concerns about possible health effects. In particular, the FDA has concerns about the effects of whole-leaf or crude stevia on blood sugar control, the kidneys, and the cardiovascular and reproductive systems."

The effects of stevia are not well understood. It reminds me of how it has taken many years to lay out the scientific evidence of weight gain and worsening blood sugar control with articficial sweeteners.
