If you figure 4 grams is about a teaspoon of sugar - yuck some yogurt is so sweet. Another pp mentioned yogurt of the gods honey flavor, 33 grams of sugar there. You can buy Siggis at whole foods, wegmans and possibility trader joes. [/quote]
