Who is this drunk woman on right now?
Hercsi, was killed in Bengali and she should never have been used, or allowed herself to be used by Trump and the RNC.
That was just horrifying. That woman is clearly not mentally well (presumably as the result of her grief for her son) and the Trump operatives should never have put her up there on stage. It's almost abusive. But they got what they wanted - A Benghazi mother blaming Hillary Clinton for the death of her son and saying she should be in jail.
Clearly, you have never heard Patricia Smith - mother of Sean Smith, who was killed in Benghazi. She was not drunk. Nor is she mentally ill. She continues to mourn for her son. She has blamed Hillary pretty much all along. At least, once some of the facts starting coming out. Hillary told her, when her son’s body was returned to the US, that they would get the guy who caused her son’s death because of the video. Patricia Smith has never forgiven her for lying to her. Hillary also told her that she would let her know when they had more information about how her son died. Hillary has never called her back. Never. And, when Hillary was asked if Patricia Smith (and others) were lying when they said that Hillary had told them the death of these 4 Americans was due to a video..... Hillary said she never said that. She essentially called these family members liars.
I don't know what Patricia Smith was told, and I'm certainly not willing to rehash whether ithe cause was a video or terrorism (not that it matters), but that was not normal grief on that stage. Not at all. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the right wing has perpetuated this poor woman's grief and bitterness for their own ends.
Patricia Smith is not the most articulate of speakers. I have seen her many times and she seems to struggle. She is, however, passionate of her scorn for Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and others in his administration. She was lied to. About the death of her son. She’s allowed to be angry. And, she is allowed to speak when she wants and where she wants. I’m wondering if you criticized Cindy Sheehan for her vocal objection to Bush and her continued protest outside his home in Texas. I’m thinking not.
More than that. The liberals think that having Patricia Smith speak is exploiting that poor woman's grief (and anger as to how Hillary Clinton lied to her), but the DNC is planning to have Michael Brown's mother speak at their convention. There is no moral equivalency here. While both mothers grieve their sons, the first was serving his country and murdered for no reason, and the second was a two-bit thief and bully who was attacking a cop and killed in self-defense. Any story to the contrary - that he had his hands up - has been proven false.
Eh, even criminals can be subject to excessive force. Key word is "excessive." Let's see what Brown's mom says on stage. I bet it will be more coherent that this RNC mess.
