I still think this makes her look bad. The part of the song that she took issue with in her award speech was the part of the song that she did not seem to have any issues with -- the idea that he had helped make her famous. So what she said at the award ceremony and later was disingenuous. The only part of the lyric that was a surprise to her was the bitch part.

At the same time, releasing the tape/video was kind of a nuclear option. It shows Swift lied, but at what cost?  I hope KK checked with her lawyer before she did that. [/quote]
