I'm 5'4", are you a similar height? Did you exercise regularly too or was it all diet? Also, did you try to "eat clean" or just track calories? I really like a donut now and then, and I'm wondering if I can still do that as long as I stay in the calorie count. I've never dieted before (this is postpartum weight) and don't really know what I'm doing, obviously.[/quote]
