I'm thinking if I try to figure out the calories a person at my ideal weight weighs and stick to that I might lose something. I'm frustrated because all my life I was somewhere between 120-128 (5'4) and after a stint (1-2yrs) of an antidepressant in college (not taking anymore) my weight went up by 15-20lbs and doesn't seem to budge.
