This is the first step in personal transformation. Imagine how powerful it would be if people did this.

The crux of the issue we have with blacks regarding LE, and really all other issues such as education, income inequality, etc., is that many people ultimately believe, whether they admit it internally or not, that black people, or most black people, have a culture problem. Others believe they have lower IQs and are just inherently lower functioning people. And these "facts" are the reason why they statistically are not doing as well as others. They see these views as not being P.C. instead for what they actually are: misinformed at best, overtly racist at worst. It's okay to feel this way, but if you understand what the feelings are, only then can you begin to address them.[/quote]

Sure, she can hate the police. Lots of people do. She can think Johnson is a martyr. She can post her thoughts online.

I can think she's an idiot.  There are bad cops, and dumb ones who make mistakes. Mass shooters, whatever their cause or motivation, are terrible disgusting people. Always.[/quote]

If she didn't, her nuance is over my head.  She says she wasn't surprised to hear that Johnson did it, she calls him a martyr.  She doesn't feel bad for the police who were killed, or their families.

She's celebrating a mass shooter because he happened to shoot people she didn't like.  There were plenty of people who lamented that Mateen didn't kill enough gay people in Orlando.  That's what she sounds like.  [/quote]

To me she's frustrated at what happened that led up to that incident. She feels white police as a whole somehow got justice for the killing of the un-armed black men and that police 
officers deaths are so much important than the unarmed blacks that's she doesn't feel its fair.[/quote]
