I started a 4 year school beyond the norm, and had to provide shot records as well. My mother had them, and I got a few boosters from my primary care physician and had no issues with the college after that. I can't believe the OP's parents don't have this. There are certain things that parents should hold to or give to their kids when they are on their own, this and original birth certificate are two of those things. [/quote]
