UVA or Swarthmore...or a yeshiva? UVA and Swarthmore are nothing alike, other than having smart kids, and the yeshiva seems like an odd one to throw into the mix of completely random schools. Every high school senior's list of colleges looks a bit random, unless he's just taking the top n schools from some popular albeit more-or-less random published ranking. Hundreds of good colleges can be a perfect fit for a student even though they don't have big brand names.[/quote]

I googled Yeshiva, and it's a Jewish school. What's wrong with that? It's also ranked along the lines of Lehigh, Wisconsin, etc. Not bad schools by any means.[/quote]
