I know some teachers said they took their Arlington positions before the FCPS budget was passed and the raises were announced. While I think is great that FCPS will be able to pay their teachers in accordance with other N.VA school districts, it is sad that the announcement came so late. We've lost a lot of great teachers last year and this year to Arlington.[/quote]
