4) My son used to get heat rash at the beach every single summer right in that very spot on the back of his neck.  But that's a pretty distinct rash, and I think you would see it pretty quickly.  Very pimply and pinkish red.  The combination of sun, sand and salt water plus the sweating from the heat just ignited it every time.  Hydrocortisone every four hours when it was at its worst.[/quote]
