Prematurely gray man here - about 90 percent gray at 45. I would never die my hair, not in a million years. It's part of how I am -
Do you believe the same thing about women? Would you look at me - 50 and about 75% gray - and think that it's part of who I am? I refuse to color my hair. I colored it when I was younger b/c it was fun - not to cover up anything. started coloring it in HS Now that I'm graying, I refuse to add chemicals to my system. My hair is healthy. Why fuck with that? But I am curious about the double standard. Is there one?
I'm a middle-aged man who actually likes his gray hair. That said, I have actually no problem at all with women who have gone gray. Frankly it can be very attractive on younger women who have gone gray early. No double standard on my part, at least.
