It says that all the boundary changes discussed in the CIP are potential changes that have not yet been decided upon. When it comes to moving Oakton kids out of Jackson to Thoreau, the School Board will look at several factors, including whether there will be capacity at Thoreau and how it might drive up the FARMS rate at Jackson. It is not a sure thing by any stretch at this point.[/quote]
