Maybe most of that class of 40 applied to a charter school but not to avoid Eliot Hine. The majority of that class is in boundary for Stuart Hobson by virtue of SWS having been an inboundary part of the Capitol Hill Cluster School when these families joined. Some since moved, some were admitted OOB, some have siblings in a Charter but most have Stuart Hobson as a back up.
