I agree.  Leaving the workforce just isn't an option for us.  Nor is hiring a nanny. As PPs have mentioned, we sought jobs that afforded flexibility, including a better commute.  They aren't jobs we ever saw ourselves doing but as we navigated the SN path, we learned what worked for us and what didn't.  [/quote]
