I don't have any inside knowledge but I really doubt it.  I assume those folks are on break, too.  And that would be earlier than last year and everything was delayed 3-4 weeks this year.  I'm betting on 4/22.[/quote]

Yes. Do.  I spoke with the IB coordinator at the school we are PP into, and she said to turn in the paperwork as early as possible, to make sure we got our target school, and it doesn't close for transfers.  If DC is accepted to TJ and decides to attend, the Pupil Placement will be overridden by the TJ enrollment. We did ours in January, and it took 5 minutes to do the paperwork, plus the time to deliver to the base HS. [/quote]
