Absolutely true. Didn't eat as much or had such bad food choices. Food industry is no longer agriculture as it was meant to be.  Our bodies have no clue what to do with things we eat, but are not food and these things end up as stored fat, because it can't be digested in human body.  I think realizing that sugar is everywhere and there are documentaries with hard evidence pointing that sugar, not fat, is the main reason for cholesterol and heart issues and many other health issues.  By fat, I of course refer to natural fat, no matter butter or animal fat, and not the hydrogenated oil that is hiding everywhere, even on labels that claim 0% of it, in ingredients it is listed as containing partially hydrogenated oil.[/quote]
