The parents have to deal with it. I don't know any parents in lower elementary (PreK - 2nd/ 3rd) who like it...precisely b/c they don't want teachers dictating what they do with precious family time. It shocks me that this former teacher says parents wanted homework. So teachers, please stop assigning it. It will benefit everyone! [/quote]
