Actually, the university recently announced that the School of Hotel Administration will be consolidated with other business-related programs into a single undergraduate and graduate school of management.  I'm guessing admissions will become more competitive since the hotel administration program has always been one of several back doors into Cornell.   [/quote]

Many of the current hotelies and hotel school alums have been losing their minds all over social media about the consolidation.  The epic whinging (complete with spelling errors and weird conspiracy theories) they've been doing all over social media, including on every post by Cornell about it, makes them look ridiculous.  It's starting to reflect poorly on the school itself.[/quote]
