Cornell suspended the entire fraternity. This is separate from anything the "real police" have done. In other cases, at other schools, the local police didn't find enough evidence to press charges, but the schools still conducted their own hearings, either way. At some point, they will probably have a hearing on the accused rapist student's status with the school based on available evidence. [/quote]
