Also, check who your nurses back up is.....my nurse left in the middle of one of my cycles and never told anyone and I couldn't get ahold of anyone.  They gave me a temp nurse but she was overwhelmed because they were down staff.  Also be prepared for your RE not to remember you or know you.  The sonographers are really nice though.
