[/quote] Same here -- the amount we could pay (and said that we could pay) was much higher than the EFC. I think it's because we're pretty frugal -- one car, no consumer debt, no cable or smartphones, etc. In any case, we're happy to pay the "extra" money and so far they've been happy to take it. :) [/quote]
