Maybe in some places. Not where my support case is. However, if costs have changed (insurance is lower for some reason, cost of childcare goes down, which is usually the big one) support can go down. The minimum shouldn't change, especially if a new wife has a decent income and the subsequent children aren't suffering.

I've been trying to determine if going back to court for more support would be prudent in my case. But I don't know my ex's current income (I know he was lying about his income previously) so until I find that out I'm not going back. Childcare isn't an issue in my case, but my ex possibly quitting his job to avoid support IS an issue, cause he's just that crazy.[/quote]
